Farmland studies

Services Provided: Conduct all levels of agricultural evaluation field work and assessment (parcel identification, farmer interviews, impact assessment, alternatives analysis); coordinate with PA Department of Agricultural Resources, County Agricultural Extensions, and Municipal Agricultural Preserve Boards; conduct ALCAB hearings as both witness and as Office of Chief Counsel management expert.
