January 23, 2012  — ORA Welcomes Carlos G. Garcia, PE

We are pleased to announce that Carlos G. Garcia, PE has joined Orth-Rodgers & Associates, Inc. as an Associate in the firm’s Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania office.

Carlos will be responsible for managing the traffic engineering operations in the Mechanicsburg office; providing quality assurance on traffic engineering and transportation planning projects; and business development of the firm’s traffic engineering group.

Carlos joins ORA with over 16 years of progressive, professional engineering and management experience. He has served a wide variety of public and private sector clients with Traffic Impact Studies, ADA Ramp Designs, Highway Occupancy Permits, Roundabout Design, Traffic Calming, and Traffic Modeling.

Carlos is a registered professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
