Robert M. Rodgers, PE, PP, PTOE
A founding principal of Orth-Rodgers & Associates, Inc., Mr.
Rodgers has more than thirty-eight years experience in transportation
engineering including traffic impact studies, site access and parking
studies for numerous proposed land developments including shopping
centers, residential developments, office parks, industrial parks,
hospitals, and colleges. He has served as an expert witness before
municipal governing bodies, planning boards, and zoning boards
in over 500 municipalities and the court systems in several states.
Mr. Rodgers served as the International President of the Institute
of Transportation Engineers (ITE) during 2000.

Steven B. Bolt, PE, PP, PTOE
As a principal of the firm, Mr. Bolt's assignments range from
the management of major highway design and route location projects
to the conduct of traffic operations studies, environmental impact
assessments, transportation partnership districts, ITS, traffic
signal systems, and highway safety improvement programs. In twenty-five
years of experience, he has been responsible for the design of
more than 50 major highway projects and more than 570 signal design
projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Mr. Bolt has
served as an expert witness before municipal boards (supervisors,
zoning, planning) and the courts. He is also a member of the National
Committee of the MUTCD's Markings Technical Committee; and chair
of ITE's Bicycle/Pedestrian Task Force.

Jeffrey L. Greene, PE, PTOE
Mr. Greene has more than thirty-seven years experience in transportation
project management in the public and private sectors. As a principal
of ORA, he directs the firm's activities in traffic engineering
and transportation planning. Mr. Greene's experience includes preparation
of needs and alternatives analyses, major investment studies, congestion
management analyses, traffic management plans, master traffic plans
for communities and transportation corridors, parking demand analyses,
and traffic impact studies. Mr. Greene served as President of District
2 of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and is currently
on the Institute's Policy and Legislative Committee.

Michael J. Rodgers
Mike Rodgers is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information
Officer for Orth-Rodgers & Associates, Inc. He is responsible
for managing all of ORA's financial operations, as well as, all
of the administrative, accounting, information technology, and
human resource functions. Mike is one of the driving forces behind
Orth-Rodger's commitment to incorporating the latest technology.
He has spent the last two years building out ORA's infrastructure
to support its growth nationally while increasing the company's
productivity in a very competitive market.

Richard T. Romer, PE, PTOE
As a managing principal for ORA's Southwest operations with offices in Las Vegas and Carson City, Nevada, Mr. Romer assists clients, both public and private, in traffic engineering and transportation planning. His
more than thirty years of transportation engineering experience
includes managing fifty-five employees with a budget of over 5
million dollars as well as directing the planning, programming,
design, operation, maintenance of replacement of traffic signals,
flashing beacons, streetlights, signs, and pavement markings, in
addition to providing design and consultant review services. Special
projects initiated by Mr. Romer include a GIS-based Safe Route
to School program, the pedestrian capacity improvement design guidelines
in the Resort Corridor, TIMS to provide traffic asset management
and the streetlight modernization program, just to name a few.
